Goals	Fiscal Policy Course aims to explain theoretically and empirically the fiscal policies and policy instruments which the state uses to achieve its targets of growth, development, equality and poverty reduction. In this manner, the course presents the ways how the different economic and fiscal targets of the state can be achieved without causing any conflicts among the targets. Moreover the course examines the impacts of fiscal policies on economy in the theoretical and institutional framework for the efficient use of the policy instruments.

Learning Outcomes	1) Have knowledge about theoretical framework of governments' interventions to the economy. 2) Have knowledge about governments' instruments to intervene to the economy 3) Have knowledge about the effects of public expenditures, taxes and governments' debt 4) Learns how to interpret current events.
