Goals The purpose in this course is to give a basic information about film script and help them scripting a subject and a story. The course is based on teaching the phases of scriptwriting through practical applications.
Course Content This course will mostly based on lectures upon topics. Watching films is obligatory due to the discussion afterwards. It is compulsory to share the film projection which is two hour a week. Studens will write a script draft by advice their adviser during the consulting hour.
Learning Outcomes 1) The student knows the stages and basic rules of script writing.
2) The course clarifies writing a scenario based on an idea and a story.
3) The student knows the codes and conventions of traditional narrative and writes a text accordingly..
4) The student knows how new narrative forms can be used in cinema; designs creative and original texts.
5) The student examines and discusses examples of how the script was transferred to film.
