Goals be able to identify pests and diseases factors that cause quality and quantitiy losses during and after the production of park and ornamental plants and also apply the effective methods of control
Course Content The economic importance, general characteristics and negative effects of harmful insects and other animals, paraziters, nonparaziters diaseses factors, appearance of diseases and type of damage, disease/harm forming, the control on pests of ornamental plants, cultural, physical, and chemical cautions. Having practice of biological, biotechnological and entegre war.
Learning Outcomes 1) distinguishes damage aspects belong to pests, diseases and weeds that causing harmful effect on ornamental plants
2) Defines the problem that is encounter in the area, and select and apply the most appropriate method as soon as possible
3) keeps abreast of innovation of control methods, and examines by comparative perspective and put into practice
