Goals • Teaching basic formation of Administrative Law which contains relations which is based on public force between Administration and individuals and community.
Course Content • Notion of administration, administrative fonction, administrative acts, contracts of administration, competence of administration, public services, police, administrative liability,administrative organization.
Learning Outcomes 1) Is able to put forward the concepts and bodies relevant to administrative law, and specifies the relations between those bodies
2) Be informed of legislation, adjudication and doctrine related to administrative law
3) Reveals the probable and emergent problematique related to administrative law
4) Develops a contemporary perception of administrative law, by keeping a watchful eye over dynamic changes in abstract and practical developments in administrative law
