Goals This course explores the basic concepts and discussions in sociology of law. It aims to gain sociological understandings of law and legal institutions. It asks questions on the interaction between the law and society.
Course Content Sociological concepts, classical sociology of law theories, contemporary socio-legal theories
Learning Outcomes 1) To be able to look at the law with an interdisciplinary perspective
