Goals The main topics to be covered in this course are as follows; termination of the contract of employmen, job security, termination with notice, immediate termination for just cause, guarantees for trade union members, severance pay, working and rest periods.
Course Content he main objectives of the course are to provide the ability to evaluate and comment on the disputes arising from labour contract, to provide the ability to follow the developments in the labor law jurisprudence.
Learning Outcomes 1) Defines the basic notions and institutions related to termination of employment contract
2) Compares and make interpets by distincting between the notions and institutions of labour contract.
3) Evaluates the Court decisions about Labour Law and makes decisions about solutions by disputes, which arise from academic resources, and determine the problems, which arise in practice.
