Goals The course introduces students to the pre-production, production and post-production stages of televison broadcasting. By having knwledge and skills about this processes, students will be able to prepare and create different kind of television programs.
Course Content Description basic rules of television broadcasting; Television programme categories, television program producing and producing phases; Description of television producer and director; Description of crew at television producing; Television equipments and usage for producing; Description of usage location at television programs; Usage of camera, lighting, sound and editing at television programmes; Rules of Writing for television text; Preparing budget for television programme; Basic rules of television presenting the television show; Future of the television broadcasting and new age television program style.
Learning Outcomes 1) Make sense of basic rules of television programme.
2) Learn the television programme producing phases.
3) Make sense of television director and producer’s job definition
4) Learn the crew of television producing.

1. Week Description of basic rules, importance, categories and making of television programmes.

2. Week Description and importance of television programme director and producer.

3. Week Usage of technical specification of television equipments. Usage of video cameras, sound, lighting and editing.

4. Week Writing of television text. Analysis of sample text. Preparing the suggestion television programme form.

5. Week Evaluation of the suggestion television programme forms. Determination of sample television programme to be shot in weekdays.
