Goals This course is aim to give information about definition of law, Importance of law in society, principles and rules of law, Other social rules in the society, types of law and other law fields. Also it is aim to give information about Turkish judicial system.
Course Content Rules of society life, practicing of law, sources of law, concept of right and its types, concepts of person and personality in law, entitling and loss of rights, protection of rights, legal transactions, liability.
Learning Outcomes 1) S/he understands basic concepts of law
2) S/he understands importance and principles of law in community life.
3) S/he distinguishes law and other social rules of community life
4) S/he explains types of law
5) S/he interprets Turkish judicial system from critical point of view
