Goals Teach students the basic concepts of public administration, the definition of public administration and elements of state and government concepts, public services, the differences between public and private management, basic principles of the Republic of Turkey Constitution, the Turkish public administration system and social services management system features subject aims to provide information to students.
Course Content Basic concepts in political science and public administration
Learning Outcomes 1) S/he gains knowledge of the basic concepts and principles of political science and public administration
2) S/he understands the basic elements of political science and public administration.
3) S/he acquires the skill to comprehend and interpret the complex relationship between political science, public administration and social services at different levels.
