Goals Integration of knowledge, skill and value of social work with social work practice with individuals, under the supervision of an academician in an institutional environment students practice the planned change of individual within her/his environment.
Course Content Learning about agents and fields, Preparations for social work with individuals and identifying members, Identifying the members of social work with individuals and meeting with them, Planning and intervention stages of social work with individuals, Assessment and termination stages.
Learning Outcomes 1) S/he understands roles and functions of social workers and other professional staff in team work
2) S/he conducts planned process of change on individual level
3) S/he gains understanding of dynamics of social team work
4) S/he gains skill of assessment of social work interventions under supervision
5) S/he analyses team work and process of team work
6) S/he gains skill of working, communicating and providing services through agents
7) S/he gains skill of working with team members for interventions aimed to solve individuals' problems
8) S/he argues about individual needs, expectations and problems
9) S/he gains knowledge about providing treatment plans

Assessment
Measurement and Evaluation Methods and Techniques
The course will be evaluated in terms of just one mid-term exam (%40) during the term and the results of final exam (%60) at the end of term. The examinations will be done as written.
