Goals It is aimed to gain knowledge, skill and value to the students about the concept and types of justice, the appearances of justice, principles of social justice, social inclusion, equality and diversity from the social work perspectives, fighting discrimination.
Course Content Introducing Lesson Content, The Concept and Types of Justice, The Appearances of Justice, Principles of Social Justice, Oppression, Prejudice, Stereotypes, Discrimination, Basic Expectation Effect, Legitimation of Discrimination, Equality, Diversity an Social Work, Multiculturalist Social Work, Social Inclusion and Social Work, Social Protection and Social Work, Sexism and Social Work, Racism and Social Work, Poverty as a Human Rights Violation and Social Work.
Learning Outcomes 1) S/he learns concepts of equality ve diversity from social work point of view.
2) S/he develops sensibility to prevent discrimination and to provide equality and diversity.
3) S/he gains knowledge, skill and value about practicing social work according to equality.and diversity
