Goals Meteorological disasters such as floods and avalanche, which are the types of disasters that arise as a result of climate change, will be covered in the course.
Course Content General introduction to the course, Flood and overflow, snowslide, storm, drought, forest fires, whirlwinds, Climatic changes and technologic scenarios, Climatic change policies of international institutions, Climatic change policies in developed and underdeveloped countries and analysises with the preferred technology, Economic effects of climatic changes, national and international responsibility of Turkey in climatic changes, UN enviroment policy and the goals on climatic change of UN in 2020.
Learning Outcomes 1) Types of disasters arising from changes in the climate and acquiring strategy development skills on these disasters
2) To understand the global dimension of climate change
3) Has knowledge about general definitions
