Goals The aim of this course is to enable students to prepare an effective presentation by using the visual materials and scientific methods related to their subjects.
Course Content Research methods, quantitative research, qualitative research: observation, case studies, interviews, surveys; research sources: libraries, electronic media, university libraries, state archives, electronic libraries, periodicals, newspaper archives; scientific writing and presentation preparation, applications of the office programs, Word and PowerPoint applications; Apa writing method, table of contents, citation, preparing tables and graphs; determination of study subjects, planning; to demonstrate the problem, determining of the purpose and the importance of subject, to reveal assumptions, limitations and procedures related to research, literature on the subject; compilation of literature; report writing stage; presenting of prepared subjects; the discussion on the subjects presented.
