Goals The aim of this course is to provide students with basic knowledge of the basic concepts of civil protection, the structure and legislation of the civil defense organization.
Course Content Introduction to civil protection in disaster; the necessity and importance of civil protection in disaster; civil defense legislation and disaster prevention; civil protection in earthquake; civil protection in flood, civil protection in avalanche; civil protection in landslide; civil protection in fire; civil protection in public events and mass terror attacks; civil defense and protection in nuclear disaster; civil protection in biological and chemical attacks and disasters; civil protection in epidemics; protecting civilians in war; civil protection in ship and aircraft accidents.
Learning Outcomes 1) Learning to struggle with diseases and biological struggle
2) Having knowledge the structure and legislation of the civil defense organization
3) Having general knowledge about civil protection in disasters
