Goals In this lessons; principles of semiconductors, structures and functions of diodes, aim to gain knowledge and skills in rectifier, breaker, clamper and zener diode circuits.
Course Content Semiconductors, diode structure, diode types, rectifier circuits, clippers and clamping circuits, zener diodes
Learning Outcomes 1) PN junction circuit elements in the basic structure, properties and operating principles of the understanding.
2) To recognize electronic circuits
