Goals More and more threats are faced with the applications and programs for information stealing. Since security is no longer network-based, it has become indispensable to take precautions with end-to-end security solutions. This course will provide conceptual information about what precautions should be taken to ensure system security is both network-based and end-to-end. In addition, the laws relating to computer crimes in force in our country shall be explained.
Course Content Firewall - VPN; IPS - IDS; End User Security; Data Loss Prevention (DLP); Network Access Control (NAC); Web Filtering & Proxy; Encryption; Messaging Security many different technologies and services
Learning Outcomes 1) Explains the basic concepts of computer system security.
2) Takes necessary network-based and end-to-end precautions about protection of computer systems.
3) Explain the basic concepts related to information crimes and laws.
