Goals The main purposes of this lesson are to provide and introduce to basic notions and knowledge of Labour Law, to evaluation of these notions and knowledge, to provide to follow new publications within the framework of legal legislation in Labour Law.
Course Content Labour and Social Security Law legal legislation
Learning Outcomes 1) Define the basic notions and institutions like employer, work place, termination of labour contract, severence pay and health and safety at work.
2) Compare and make interpretation making distinction between the notions and institutions of Labour Law.
3) Follow the new regulations and amendments in Labour Law and academic publications.
