To define, analyse and explain the basic terms of civil law, law of persons and family law
Course Content
To define terms of private law, Introduction to private law, Information on civil law and the law of obligations
Learning Outcomes
1) Defines the sources of civil law and term and types of right
2) recognizes objectice and subjective good faith
3) defines beginning and ending of personality.
4) categorizes the persons according to capacity to act
5) Analyses the rights against attacks to personal rights
6) .Define the institutions and concepts related to the law of obligations such as debt relationship, legal transaction
7) recognizes teh types of sources of obligations
8) Follows the latest developments in the field of law of obligations
9) solves the problems coming from the practice.
