Goals To learn historical and intellectual background of Turkish constitutional law, To learn the basic rights and freedoms regime.
Course Content Turkish Constitutional Thesis, General Regime of the Rights and Freedoms according to the 1982 Constitution, Freedom of Expression and Security, Freedom of Expression, Freedom of Expression, Freedom of Science and Art, Respect for Private Life, Rights of Religion and Conscience, Freedom of Religion and Conscience, and Social Rights
Learning Outcomes 1) To have in-depth knowledge of the basic principles of Turkish Constitutional Law
2) To have the ability to apply constitutional principles and rules to various legal problems to be encountered in professional life
3) To learn the basic rights and freedoms regime and the protection mechanisms of these rights and freedoms in comparative law
4) To gain access to written and electronic resources on constitutional law
5) To understand the importance of constitutional rule in the functioning of the state organization in Turkey
