Goals In practice, to create the theoretical and practical sub-structure that will provide the correct solution to the right solution in all types of conflicts that may be encountered regarding individual business relations
Course Content Basic concepts in the course, types of business contracts, debts of the parties and the end of the contract are examined.
Learning Outcomes 1) Use basic business concepts and principles that they will need in business life
2) Determine whether there is a business relationship by making legal qualification of a legal relationship in practice
3) Accurate evaluation of current rules of business
4) To be able to solve labor law problems that may be encountered in positions such as worker / employer / lawyer / judge / consultant in business life
