Goals Communication is one of the most important elements of social life. The aim of this course is to define the process known as communication, to examine the psychological processes related to communication, to investigate psychological studies and communication related fields in applications. It is aimed at improving the professional communication skills required for students entering the business world.
Course Content Definition of communication, importance, communication models, classification, effective listening, types of defensive communication environment, body language and communication obstacles
Learning Outcomes 1) Students who are able to complete this course successfully; gaining information about what communication is and how it can be achieved.
2) Students who are able to complete this course successfully; be able to analyze their communication processes and gain awareness of their communication styles.
3) Students who are able to complete this course successfully; to initiate the necessary change in their communication styles, and to have the ability to develop healthy communication in conflict situations.
