Goals The purpose of the course is to inform about knee deformities' orthoses and lower limb orthoses in the weaknesses of the muscles that control the knee, and lower limb fracture orthoses.
Course Content Knee Orthosis; Orthoses in the cases where the knee / knee joint / hip joint should not be given weight bearing; orthosis in accordance with the anatomical and mechanical joint characteristics of the knee, their purpose and effect principles, patellar instability orthoses, genu recurvatum orthoses, knee flexion deformity orthoses, genu valgum orthoses, lower extremity fracture orthoses and knee extensor weakness orthoses are covered.
Learning Outcomes 1) To know knee angular deformity.
2) To knows orthotic principles in the knee angular deformities.
3) To know orthotic principles in the lower limb fractures.
