Goals The purpose of this course is to inform the students about the applications of each subject that is processed in the Orthotic Science VI course and to give them skills and attitude.
Course Content Spinal orthoses, their designs, measurement, modeling and production. Orthoses, designs, measurement, modeling and production in traumatic injuries of the lower extremity. And orthoprosthesis applications are included.
Learning Outcomes 1) To know spinal orthoses and its the proper designs for the patient.
2) To know orthotics assessment in spinal pathologies.
3) To know measurements of the spinal orthoses, to make/be made rectification of the model, processes, to do the orthotic control on the patient.
