Goals To teach the turkish local government systems
Course Content In this course, students are taken a sound knowledge on Turkish local government system. In this context, the course include these: Local goverment system of Turkey (municipalities, provincial local authorities, rural authorities); local government reforms; fiscal and organizational structure of local governments.
Learning Outcomes 1) Formulate the basics of Political Science and Public Administration from theoretical, historical and actual aspects.
2) Define historical and actual issues from political and psychological aspects.
3) Ability to use helpful resources on the Political Science and Public Administration.
