Goals Within the scope of this course, it is aimed to provide learnings about the relationship of legal rules with other social order rules, the characteristics of legal rules, sources of law, branches of law, basic concepts of law, judicial organization and law enforcement.
Course Content Structure and legislation of financial markets, financial instruments and pricing methods, functioning and policy instruments of central banks, commercial banks and private financial institutions, social security institutions, financial intermediaries, financial management, derivatives markets, global finance practices and crises.
Learning Outcomes 1) Understands the functions and tools of financial institutions and markets.
2) Evaluate current market issues within the scope of financial literacy.
3) Learns the basic economic approaches and theories about the functioning of financial markets.
