Goals The basic concepts of mechanics, differential and integral calculus of information on laws and practices within the framework of the events observed in the study and use them to improve their skills in daily life.
Course Content Physics and measurements, vectors, one dimensional motion, instantanous velocity, acceleration, one dimensional motion under constant acceleration, feely falling bodies, two dimensional motion, Laws of motion, circular motion and Newton’s laws of motion, motion in accelerated systems, friction, work, power and energy, potential and kinetic energy, conservation of energy, linear momentum and collisions, rotational kinematics, rotational dynamics, oscillatory motion, Universal law of gravitation.
Learning Outcomes 1) Define basic vector and scalar physical quantities with their appropriate units.
2) Analyze the phenomena observed in everyday life in terms of physical principals.
3) Solve problems involving Newton’s laws of motion in one and two dimensions.
