Goals The aim of this course is to teach Students basic physiology of systems, pathological changes that may occur in the systems in case of illness .Students examine the cause of symptoms and develops concepts and principles that will form the basis of patient care.
Course Content Homeostazis, holistic approach to health and disease, death concept, palliative care, rehabilitation, spesific nursing practices
Learning Outcomes 1) Identifies care needs of adult individuals that have problems of internal medicine and describes basic concepts used in Internal medicine nursing
2) Describes basic concepts used in nursing care needs of adult individuals that have problems of internal medicine
3) Implements the principles of professional development and lifelong learning in the studies
4) Communicates, discusses and shares current developments in nursing and their own work in a systematic, written, verbal and visual way, to groups in and out of the field.
