Goals Learning of mutagenesis, carcinogenesis and teratogenesis which are caused by various factors, mainly chemicals.
Course Content Agents that cause mutations, mutagenesis mechanisms, mutagenicity tests, cancer causing agents, cancer development mechanisms, classification of carcinogens, carcinogenicity tests, teratogenic agents, teratogenesis mechanisms, teratogenicity tests.
Learning Outcomes 1) Learns the mechanisms and importance of chemical mutagenesis.
2) Learns the mechanisms and importance of chemical carcinogenesis.
3) Learns the mechanisms and importance of chemical teratogenesis.
