Goals Forensic psychology is a specialized area of psychology that applies psychological principles and practices to the criminal justice system. It encompasses a wide range of activities.
Course Content This course delves into the intricate world of crime, punishment, and the application of psychology within the legal system. We will embark on a comprehensive journey to understand the complexities of human behavior in the context of law, encompassing a wide range of topics.
Learning Outcomes 1) Examining the psychological aspect of the concept of crime.
2) Examination and discussion of the concepts of criminal and legal capacity.
3) Examination of children dragged into crime and disadvantaged groups.
4) Providing information and discussion about substance abuse.
5) Providing information about the professional functioning and social investigation reports of family courts and our colleagues working in family courts.
