Goals The basic concepts of management is to ensure learning theory and functions.The course manager skills, roles, management theory and management functions are being studied extensively.
Course Content Basic concepts related to management: the development of management thought, organization and management of the definition, types of managers and management functions
Learning Outcomes 1) Define the basic concepts related to management and organization.
2) Explains the capabilities that managers should have.
3) Compare the roles of managers based on the practices of managers.
4) Explains the development of management theories.
5) Give an example of the relationship between the external environment of an organization and organizational activities.
6) Give examples of the characteristics of the creative organization.
7) Apply the stages used in the decision-making process.
8) Explains the basic principles of management planning, organizing, directing and controlling function.
