Goals The course aims to teach all definitions and structural elements about viruses, variations of infection and immunological reactions happening after viral infection additionally techniques used in viral diagnostics.
Course Content students will learn the structure and infectivity properties of viruses in a wide manner. Also course includes onset of viral infections and techniques used in identifying viral infections.
Learning Outcomes 1) Defines virus and knows the differences from other infectious units.
2) Knows about the features of the replication and virus-host interaction. They could interpret pathogenesis based on viral eficiacy.
3) knows about serological and virological methods which are used for diagnosis and their principles.
