Course Content	This course contains the methods and practices of elequent speaking. There are three topics for this: Rhetoric, phonetic, semantics.
Learning Outcomes	1) Explain the basic concepts and theories of elequent speech; conceptualize the prononciations of words (binomial). 2) Phonetics, emphasis, toning, sound percaption, breathing tecnique, escay, and standart İstanbul Turkish language at knowledge level. 3) Learn how to use the language, word choise, grammar rules, obsessions and fashion expressions, and pay attention to not to do these when you speak. 4) Art of oratory; examine examples of oratory text to understand how a oratory should be what the elements of the anatomy are. 5) Learn successful presatiation skills guidelines. 6) Became acquainted with the strategies of the Rhetoric strategies to improve the methods of speaking and the effectiveness of speaking.
