Goals The purpose of Medical Documentation II is to provide the students with the knowledge of medical secretarial training with the practical knowledge they have received up to now in the health institutions, to find out the application field, to love the medical secretary profession and to meet with other health professionals
Course Content This course aims to provide the students with information about the international classification systems of diseases and operations, health information systems, provides information on medical documents and documentation related to health institution
Learning Outcomes 1) Recognize medical secretary profession.
2) Gain the importance of medical documentation
3) Recognizes other health care providers and health care facilities.
4) It recognizes place and importance within health institutions.
5) Applies theoretical knowledge.
