Learning Outcomes 1) .Defines concepts regarding criminal law. Explains the relationship between criminal law and other branches of law.

4) .Porvides having a consciousness analysing, questioning and critising
5) .Questions the concepts regarding general provisions of criminal law, criticizes dijudication and scientific texts and produces solutions.
