Goals The aim of this course is to explain the main concepts and principles regarding judiciary, the organization of Turkish judiciary, different branches of judiciary, different court types and other judicial authorities in Turkey.
Course Content Basic concepts regarding judiciary The function and main characteristics of judiciary and the basic principles commanding the jurisdiction
