Goals The fundamental aim of this lesson is to indroduce the basic concepts of Constitutional Law, make the students gain the ability of interpreting and assessing legal texts by using these basic concepts, make the students gain the ability of follow the new issues and examine the legal statue.
Course Content the basic concepts of the constitution
Learning Outcomes 1) Defining the terms of Constitutional Law such as constitution, constitutionalism, types of constitution, types of state, government systems, fundamental rights and freedoms, constitutional review.
2) Following the new amendments on the legal statue, and the scientific issues about Constitutional Law.
3) Remembering the basic concepts of Constitutional Law, researching about the issues which personally has lack of knowledge, developing an positive attitude on life long learning.
4) Distinguishing the basic concepts and institutions of the Constitutional Law, applying the interpretation techniques, comparing all of these subjects.
