Goals Ability to recover to the right of the plaintiff as a result of litigation, determine the general principles of law enforcement, to understand the importance of creditor and debtor follow the law.
Course Content Historical development of law enforcement, the detection of the concept and purpose. To reveal the differences between Law Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law.
Learning Outcomes 1) The meaning of Executive Law, the purpose and understand the principles.
2) To understand the concepts of Law Enforcement for the creditor and debtor.
3) Ability to detect variations of the Executive, with the benchmark Bankruptcy Law.
4) Creditor's rights of way of keeping the Executive the applicant.
5) Admitted to the way the creditor against the debtor of the Executive to prevent the exploitation of evaluation.
6) Execution path of stable and unstable, the court learned the court, can apply.
7) Ability to detect objects that can be sequestration, attachment of a can apply.
8) Seizure at the end to make the process of redemption.
9) Able to identify the tasks of executive bodies.
