Goals The aim of the Course is to give the students the main notions on the administration of justice and the procedural aspects of substantive law.
Course Content The content of the course is mainly based on competence (territorial jurisdiction) and venue (subject-matter jurisdiction) of courts, proceedings, means of evidence and process of law.
Learning Outcomes 1) well-informed about legal provisions,court decisions, historical development and doctrine of civil procedural law.
2) classifies the problems in law practice concerning procedure.
3) analyses and considers statutes,court decisions and both theoretical monographs and practice sources in doctrine vith methodology of law.
4) makes resolutions about the problems faced in practice by following judicial decisions and scientific resources regarding civil procedural law.
5) appraises the knowledge obtained in civil procedural law with a critical point of view.
6) resolves complicated private law disputes by considering legal provisions,court decisions and doctrine views.
7) makes an evaluation about the theories and developments in law practice related to civil procedural law.
8) makes an effort in order to promote fair resolution of disputes regarding civil procedural law by comparing European law and other different law system/practices.
9) takes responsibility personally or as a part of a group in order to resolve complicated disputes regarding civil procedural law.
