Goals The main aim of the course is to provide the students with knowledge about the basic principles, institutions and the concepts of administrative law; relationship between these concepts; and the way the application works.
Course Content To develop the basic formation of Administrative Law the subject of which is the relations between the administration on one side and individuals and society based on public authority.
Learning Outcomes 1) 1) • Is able to put forward the concepts and bodies relevant to administrative law, and specifies the relations between those bodies. Be informed of legislation, adjudication and doctrine related to administrative law,
2) 2) Knows related regulations, judicial decisions and opinions in education of Administrative Law
3) 3) .Is able to review, interpret, and evaluate the legislation texts, adjudication, and scientific treatise, according to the methods provided by law methodology,
