Course Content Information and concepts related to the Criminal Procedure Code
Learning Outcomes 1) Defines concepts related to criminal procedure law. Explains relations between basic rights and fredoms and criminal procedure law.
2) Explains applicability of the criminal procedure norms in the time and a defined place
3) Defines venues of the criminal courts
4) Analyses and understands basic information related to measures of protection of evidence
5) Analyses concepts related criminal procedure law. Critises courts decions and scientific articles
6) Expalining the concepts of investigation and prosecution, defines scope of he investigation and its purpose
7) Explains and defines sorts and basic information related to legal remedies
