Goals Ability to recover to the right of the plaintiff as a result of litigation, Detection of the basics of bankruptcy law, Concordat and Capital Companies and Cooperatives to reveal the main points of the restructuring via reconciliation.
Course Content To reveal the differences between Law Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law. To understand the concepts of creditor and debtor in bankruptcy law.
Learning Outcomes 1) Bankruptcy Law of the bodies ability to detect, determine the tasks of these bodies.
2) Types of bankruptcy and to learn the fundamentals of each species.
3) Learn the results of a bankruptcy.
4) Understanding concordat and types.
5) Concordat’ s nature and evaluate the results.
6) What is the Executive and bankruptcy crimes and determine their effects.
