Goals to help the student understand the basic and subsidiary sources of Islamic law, the formation and development process of legal procedure, the methods of making judgments from basic sources.
Course Content Basic sources of Islamic law (Quran, Sunnah, İjma, analogy), formation anda development of Islamic law, provisions related to the law of quran and sunnah.
Learning Outcomes 1) Possess advanced level theoretical and practical knowledge supported by textbooks with updated information, practice equipments and other resources
2) Use of advanced theoretical and practical knowledge within the field.
3) Conduct studies at an advanced level in the field independently
