Goals Teaching of the process of interpretation of the Qur'an (from the beginning to today) and the related discipline in the process by highlighting the main points.
Course Content In generally, the understanding of the Qur'an of the Prophet, Companions, Successors and the approaches of the Emevi, Umayyad, Ottoman and lastly modern periods towards the Qur'an. And the methodology of Tafsir.
Learning Outcomes 1) Students taking this course; 1. Acquire the skill of using the primary hand resources of the tafsir. 2. Learn the different understanding of the verses in history and the reasons for different approaches. 3. Understand tafsir methodology
2) gaining the history of understanding of the Quran by the expert eye.
3) Gaining the ability to identify and evaluate the misuse of the Qur'anic verses
