Goals Learning about the political, military, religious and cultural structure of the Islamic geography from the emergence of the post-apostolic caliphate to the end of the Abbasid period
Course Content The end of the Abbasids from the emergence of the Caliphate institution.
Learning Outcomes 1) Classical period Islamic sources of history and literature are known.
2) Knows the basic political events of the four Caliphate era.
3) Know the basic political developments of the Umayyads and Abbasids period.
4) evaluates the basic developments in the fields of culture and civilization in the four Caliphate periods
5) evaluates the basic developments in the fields of culture and civilization during the Umayyads and Abbasids.
6) Discuss the events and events of Islamic history in the first period.
7) Analyzes the relations between religious and ethnic groups' statues, the state and each other in the Classical Period Islamic History.
8) Relates the scope of the Islamic History field to other fields.
