Goals The purpose of the course is to get the students of higher religious education to teach the definition of the Turkish-Islamic literature and its scope; to introduce the basic concepts and methods of field, and to notice the meanings of the religious concept certained in the historical process.
Course Content The religious-literary content in verbal and written literature that Turks brought to the scene after they became Muslims.
Learning Outcomes 1) To explain the general characteristics of the Turkish-IslamicLiterature;
2) To learn periods of the Turkish-Islamic literature, and to know the major poets who are glad to observe in these periods;
3) To recognize the relationship between religion and literature in the axis of literary genres revealed by Islam
