Goals The aim of this course is to gain knowledge and skills to make different types of correspondence in institutions and organizations.
Course Content Communication, written communication, the importance of correspondence in corporate communication, effective correspondence techniques, official letters and private letters, forms, reports, document processing, Electronic correspondence.
Learning Outcomes 1) Recognizes the types of documents used in public and private organizations.
2) Apply formal correspondence rules.
3) Makes various formal correspondence and business writings effectively.
