Goals The main objective of this course is to understand industrial organisations from a sociological lens. In this context, the processes of industrialisation and organisational structures are comparatively examined.
Course Content The first part of this course is comprised of classical industrialisation processes and organisational structures. Second part examines new processes of industrialisation and organisational structures.
Learning Outcomes 1) Gaining skills in understanding and examining contemporary debates on industrialisation and labour.
2) Gaining skills in thinking on cultivating a participatory society.
3) Gaining skills in understanding recent debates in English
