Goals The main objective of this course is to understand the industrial organizations through sociological perspectives.
Course Content The first half of this course includes the classical industrialization processes and organizational structures. The second hald includes new forms of industrialization and organizational structures.
Learning Outcomes 1) Learning contemporary debates on industrialisation.
2) Understanding sociological debates on work and organisations
3) Developing skills in reading and understanding the international literature
