Goals The aim of the course is to teach us about the norms of law as well as fundamental principles of mediation and application of knowledge to gain.
Course Content The justice system, the start of the mediation process and the legal consequences.
Learning Outcomes 1) Learning the basic principles and characteristics of mediation
2) Understanding of the organization of the mediation process
3) Understanding the role of the mediator's qualifications and the process
4) In cases of termination of the mediation process and to learn the arrangement and properties of the solution treaty
5) Understanding the audit trail that can be referenced with the results and implementation of the treaty mediation solution
