Goals The aim of the Course is to give the students the main notions on the non-contentious jurisdiction in civil procedural law.
Course Content The content of the course is mainly based on what the non-contentious jurisdiction and its characteristics are and if the court decisions are precise or not.
Learning Outcomes 1) distinguishes the subjects which are involved in non-contentious jurisdiction from the ones in contentious jurisdiction.
2) knows the competent/authorised courts in non-contentious jurisdiction.
3) knows about lawsuit process in non-contentious jurisdiction.
4) learns and knows the rights in non-contentious jurisdiction.
5) interpretes the legal decisions/judgements given as a result of non-contentious jurisdiction.
